Pawtact

Branding

Pawtact began as a design concept for a humane animal welfare initiative that focused on managing and protecting stray animals through ethical and community-driven programs. The idea was to create a friendly, emotionally engaging landing page that highlights efforts like TNVR, health monitoring, and public awareness, while encouraging user interaction and participation.

Challenge

Despite the need for public-facing communication, the original team shifted focus toward an internal, dashboard-based system, leading to the landing page design being set aside. The challenge was to repurpose the work in a way that still honored the mission, captured emotional appeal, and showed design thinking applied to real-world animal welfare issues.

Objective

The goal was to design a visually impactful and informative landing page that educates visitors, showcases the organization’s efforts, and builds public trust. Key objectives included highlighting core programs, showcasing impact statistics, and providing clear calls to action to drive awareness, engagement, and outreach.

Results

Although the landing page was not implemented in the original project, it was successfully rebranded as Pawtact, allowing the concept to live on as a portfolio piece. The design showcases my ability to create emotionally resonant, structured, and action-oriented user experiences, with strong information hierarchy and community-centered messaging. It stands as a testament to both my visual design sensibility and purpose-driven storytelling.
