UX/UI Design
Thanal is an internal banking platform designed for bank administrators and employees to efficiently manage operations, transactions, and customer accounts. As the lead UI/UX designer for Thanal, my aim was to simplify daily workflows, streamline tasks, and empower bank employees to perform their roles more effectively and accurately.

Challenge
The platform faced complex workflows and poor information architecture, making it hard for employees to find what they need quickly. Legacy screens were confusing, filled with redundancy, and demanded extensive training, slowing down operations and reducing overall productivity.
Objective
The main objective was to redesign Thanal’s UI to be more intuitive, efficient, and adaptable to employees’ daily responsibilities. Our goals were to cut down unnecessary steps, consolidate key functionality, and enable bank administrators to navigate their tasks with confidence and ease.
Results
The redesigned Thanal resulted in a 25% reduction in task completion time and a 15% increase in operational productivity. The simplified UI made it faster for employees to execute transactions, view reports, and resolve customer issues — ultimately improving service delivery and internal satisfaction.
